Refunds

If a Growth Plan you bought isn't useful, email hello@sitecheckups.com within 14 days of buying it and we'll refund the full $19. Tell us the site and the email on your account. You don't need to give a reason, though we'd like to hear it.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with through Stripe. They usually show up within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Once a refund goes through, the Growth Plan for that site is locked again. The free report stays available.
