These terms cover your use of Site Checkups, run by Synergy ("we"). By using the site you agree to them. If something here is unclear, email hello@sitecheckups.com and ask.
What the reports are
Site Checkups uses AI to review a web page and write an opinion about what may be stopping visitors from converting. Reports are suggestions, not guarantees. They can be wrong or miss things, and we can't promise any change in your results. You decide what to change on your site and you're responsible for those changes.
Fair use
- Only submit pages that are publicly available.
- Don't try to get around the daily free limit, overload the service, or collect reports automatically.
- Don't use Site Checkups for anything unlawful, or to harass the owner of a site.
We may limit or block access that breaks these rules.
Free reports
The diagnosis is free within a daily limit. We may change the limit or what the free report includes.
Paid Growth Plans
A Growth Plan costs $19, paid once through Stripe, and unlocks the paid sections for one site in your account. It isn't a subscription and nothing renews. See the refund policy if it isn't useful to you.
Your content and ours
Your website stays yours. The reports we write for you are yours to use however you like, including on your site and in your own client work. The Site Checkups name, design and software are ours.
No warranty
Site Checkups is provided "as is." We work to keep it running and accurate, but we don't promise it will always be available or free of errors.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost sales or profits, from using Site Checkups. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and continued use means you accept the new version. Material changes will be emailed to account holders first.
